The Website and its entire contents, features and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video and audio, and the design, selection and arrangement thereof), are: (1) owned by the Company, its licensors, other companies within the Crazy Plastics Group or other providers of such material; and (2) protected by South African, and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

You are permitted to use the Website for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not copy, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any of the material on our Website, except to:

·       store copies of such materials temporarily in your computers Random Access Memory (RAM).

·       store files that are automatically cached by your web browser for display enhancement purposes; and/or

·       print a reasonable number of pages of the Website for a permitted use.

·       use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from the accompanying text.

You may use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Use. The Website must not be used as set out below:

·       to engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of the Website, or which, as determined by us, may harm the Company (including its associates) or users of the Website or expose them to liability.

Additionally, Website users may not:

The Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and Crazy Plastics with respect to the Website and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations and warranties, both written and oral, with respect to the Website.

Competition Terms and Conditions

  1. The promoter is: Crazy Plastics South Africa.

  2. The competition is open to participants that are 18 years or older

  3. The competition is open to residents of South Africa. The announced winner must be able to collect the prize from one of the Crazy Plastics Branches. A list of branches is available on our website: www.crazyplastics.co.za

  4. The competition is not open to any Crazy Plastics employees, their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.

  5. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

  6. Route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter are via the Crazy Plastics Facebook Page.

  7. When selecting a winner, the entrant will be considered as the person that posted the image. If selected as the winner, the person posting the image will be the one that will receive the cash prize.

  8. Multiple entries from the same person will be allowed.

  9. Closing date for entry is 01 November 2017. However, Crazy Plastics reserves the right to extend this date should it see fit. 

  10. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

  11. The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:

    • Hold up a sign saying “WE WANT TO WIN R50000”
    • Take a picture of yourself and two of your friends with the above mentioned sign.
    • Upload the picture onto your profile and tag Crazy Plastics and your two friends.

  12. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be communicated to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

  13. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

  14. The prizes are as follows:
    1st place – ZAR50000 cash prize, 2nd place – ZAR30000 cash prize, 3rd Place -R20000 cash prize, to be collected at one of the South African Crazy Plastics branches. The prize is as stated and no other alternatives will be offered.The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice. 

  15. Winners will be chosen:
    by an independent adjudicator or panel of judges appointed by the Promoter.

  16. The winner will be notified by email and/or Facebook within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

  17. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected.

  18. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

  19. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry.
